Why can we not have a system of previous bad reviews falling off after so many positive reviews? Why can't I trade in my superhost status to remove a review?  Why is it not possible to have a system that can actually work towards or reward good hosts? How can one bad review amongst 100s forever stain your reputation? How is this even acceptable to the organization making money with us off of our properties?

There was a plan to facilitate things like this, but it was launched before the pandemic and since then (i think) it is put on hold. You can try to find it in the community (search)
