Schlage Wifi locks in the UK

Hi,

I am a relatively new host.  I live in the USA but my property is in the UK.  I can see a lot of value in having a smart lock on my flat to help me manage things remotely.  I've done some research and it looks like the Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt would fit me well:

I like that I can give different codes to different people (friends, guests, cleaners) and that it has a physical key as a fallback for emergencies.

I am surprised however that I can't seem to find this for sale in the UK.  I guess I have a few questions:

1.  Is this lock in fact on sale somewhere in the UK?

2.  If not, could I purchase one in the US and install it?  I don't see why not.

3.  Is anyone out there using this lock in the UK, and if so what do you think?

Just came across your post. I leave in the UK and I too like the idea of Schlange Encode but can't find it anywhere for sale in the UK. 

Have you found a solution?
