As we say goodbye to summer or winter in our locations, nature starts to put on an incredible show of colours and lights. Trees change colours, some plants bloom again, and sunsets and sunrises gift us with beautiful hues.

I thought it would be wonderful to use this thread to share photos of the beautiful colours that are currently enhancing your accommodations. Are you taking advantage of this season to capture some new photos to refresh your listing? 🌤

Hi @Paula 

Autumn has arrived in Sweden. This is the view from the lakeshore below our house. The water in the lake is still 18-19 degrees Celsius (64-66 degrees Fahrenheit), so we are still swimming. It has been an unusually warm autumn.

Great topic, by the way. I look forward to seeing pictures from my fellow hosts around the globe 🙂

What a great picture, @Karen4131 ! Thank you so much for sharing it. Yes, 18-19 degrees is definitely warm for this time of year. It’s quite interesting how seasons vary around the world.

Here in British Columbia, we experienced a particularly cold and short summer. Fall has started with a lot of rain, and the temperature has begun to drop. I'm hoping for a gentle winter ahead 😅

Your picture reminded me of one I took last fall. I love the reflection of the trees in the water!

Fantastic picture, @Paula Yes, there's just something about those clear reflections in the water. It's something that makes you stop and take it in, like a perfect full moon or a beautiful display of the northern lights.

I'm amazed by how green the foliage still is in the back, half of it has already turned crimson over here. Do the colours usually start changing around this time or perhaps a little later in your area? 🍂
