HELP!! has anyone had success with getting reimbursed from Airbnb's security deposit policy for damage done to their property?

@Marie1312 The level thing just relates to activity on this forum. Everyone, hosts or guests, starts out at Level 1 for their first post, and then it goes up the more posts they make or respond to and the more thumbs up their posts get, although how the algorithm works, I have no idea. It doesn't have to do with anything else at all. A host who's been hosting for 8 years could be level 2 because they just made their first post here, or a brand new host could be Level 10 if they asked a ton of questions or made comments for a week or two..

@Marie1312 I trust you realise that Airbnb do not actually take a security deposit from the guest!
Good luck with your reimbursement - If however its for extra cleaning or a smoke smell you will probably fail.
