Shelter-in-place extended, how do I cancel impacted guests without hurting my profile?

Unfortunately Placer County extended the Shelter-in-place (SIP) until 1/8/2021 so I need to cancel a few more reservations. How do I do this without hurting my profile or getting negative reviews? I legally can't host people, not exactly my fault... 

None of the cancellation options list COVID at all and they all state a negative review will automatically be generated.

If you point Airbnb to the documentation for the governmental SIP mandate, Airbnb may cancel for you under their Extenuating Circumstances policy.

I figured out the problem, the check-in is within 48 hours, but the shelter in place was just extended...I guess I need to call them.

In the UK Airbnb is allowing guests and hosts to cancel penalty free where government restrictions are in place against travel due to Covid. We have an option to cancel due to Covid.

Is that option available to you @Anne-And-Cameron0 ?
