State Issued ID for Hosts

Hello all,

We were asked for a state issued ID and we submitted 3 days ago, on the same day it was requested. It was stated that it was a time sensitive issue so we sent our IDs immediately. Now Airbnb has cancelled 2 or our reservations and calling customer service is useless. I can not figure out how to get in touch with the compliance department, and my messages are going unanswered. We are losing money and considering another form of short term rental service and collecting our own taxes. 

Has anyone else been able to contact the compliance department directly?
