Staying at an AirBnB mid-August

Hi all, on August 15th I had a property booked for a day or two, but because by then we will likely still be under the July 4th lockdown configuration, I was wondering whether it would be legal to go ahead with our plans. Several of us are meeting up from several areas of the country, and that's what makes me question whether it should go ahead. If it were to, would we social-distance while there? Would the trains even be running? Would drinking establishments be open in a modified format?

If anyone could answer any of this, I'd be grateful.

EDIT: I Think I posted this in the wrong place the first time, can't work out how to delete it - sorry.

@Asa1432 Under current legislation that should be applicable post July 4th I guess you will only be able to have 2 families staying at the place you have booked. Trains will be running (as they are now), Pubs and restaurants will probably be open unless there is a local lockdown.
