Hallo, wir wollten jetzt eigentlich am 13.11-18.11 an die Ostsee reisen. Nun ist Berlin ein sogenannter Hotspot. Ich habe jetzt eine Rate bezahlt. Laut unseres wirklich netten Gastgebers können wir erst 7 Tage vor Anreise wegen Covid19 stornieren. Es ist doch aber nun schon abzusehen, dass es nicht besser wird. Ich würde ungern die Zweite Rate bezahlen, wenn ich sowieso stornieren muss.

Answer:

The Covid-19 extenuating circumstances policy only applies when booking is made before 15 March, to opt for a full refund. Otherwise the attached cancellation policy applies. Upon cancellation it will show the refund (if any) , before you confirm it.

Another possibility can be to modify ("change" option) the reservation , but host must accept the shift to new dates
