Superhost status

Hello I have been a superhost last 2 times but suddenly I missed my Superhost status and for some reason my overall rating is 4.7, so Im very disappointed

The minimum requirement for Superhost is 4.8 stars or above, so 4.7 is not high enough. 

This number is based on the ratings you got from guests in the past year (up to end of March). You should be able to see from their ratings if some rated you lower than usual.

You can also lose Superhost for making cancellations, slow response rate or not enough bookings, but it sounds like it's the 4.7 rating that has done it.
