Support Center Respond Time

I have addressed a serious safety issue for the lodging I checked in two weeks ago. I have addressed it during the stay. Nobody has yet respond me, although ten days have passed. Where do I turn to?

Did you address it to the host first, before addressing it to Airbnb. ?

How did you contact Airbnb ?

Maybe try Twitter (account: AirbnbHelp)

Thank you for your reply. First thing was to contact the host, his reply was outrageous. I tried through support, and although I received a generic answer right away, none has contacted me since. I do not have twitter. maybe a phone line I could use, if you know?
