After 15 minutes on hold, support line was hung up. I don't mean to think the worst... but I think they do this to show better metrics and shorter wait times to executive management.
If you read these forums since Covid arrived on the scene and they laid off lots of front line staff you will see hundreds of guests and hosts posting here complaining they can't get through. @Howard154
Likely you weren't cut off by customer services but a technical fault cut the line. Unless your query is about a live booking or one within 72 hours of a guest's arrival, I wouldn't bother on the phone.
