Did you even read my Claim? Did you read the part where Air BnB stated that the cleaning cost for the home and carpet would be handled by a separate department, and I would be contact by them but NEVER was? PLEASE READ all of my file and conversations with the Air BnB reps and tell me if I can expect any help (as per your one million dollar insurance guarentee)? If you do not have access to all of the conversations let me know and I will send you all of the information. Don Aitken
