I'm less than two weeks hosting. A guest booked for one night. He checked into a wrong and occupied room. I relocated him to ...
The new Performance tab on the iphone app in the hosting section is terrible. Or I don't know how to use it. All is see is "Quality" and info about my reviews. On my computer in a browser I can also see "Occupancy & Rates", "Conversion", "Earnings", and "Progress", but none of them show up on the phone app anymore. This is definitely a change for the worse. Does anyone know how to get to the equivalent of the old "Performance->Earnings" section on the new iphone app? I know I can view it on a computer, but it is more convenient to use my phone and I used to be able to.
Go to Progress and then tap on Earnings(big red arrow).
Your Earnings shows up and scroll down you will see the occupancy rate
That is no longer there with the new update. Why did airbnb remove this feature when every host uses this the most and replace it with past earnings. There is no current booked earnings or future. And most importantly you can no longer see your monthly views
That's how my app used to look until today. Maybe you haven't received the update yet. I don't see "Progress" anymore.
"Progress" is now "Performance" And only gives me info about reviews.
I see what you mean. I updated it on my iPhone 8 today and I am not seeing it like your screenshot. My still says Progress. Pretty strange...
Agreed. This functionality is critical for hosts to manage their property effectively. @Airbnb Please advise as to when this will be reinstated.
I feel like everytime they get the app right they start messing with it again... come on @Airbnb
Change it back, change it back. Please. Or just add the old feature to it.
If you add the old feature to the new then the performance tab would be the best
Same, the new app is awful. Please turn back the old progress feature, it was very useful.
I FINALLY SOLVED THIS ISSUE!!!

In order to go back to see the Income under the Performance Tab, you must do the following:
1. Go to your Airbnb "Account" tab in a PC
2. Go to Professional Hosting Tools
3. Go to "Manage"
4. TURN OFF Professional Hosting Tools
After you turn off the Professional Hosting tools you will see your income under the performance tab on the Airbnb mobile app as it was on previous versions.
