The new "Set a temporary cancellation policy" feature

I just got an email from Airbnb with some updates, including the following about cancellation policies:

"....now you can set short-term, flexible cancellation policies for new reservations."  It invites me to 'check it out' and the link takes me to my listing. I see nothing about the above, so I click on booking settings/edit and scroll down to cancellation policy and see the following:

'This policy applies to all reservations, unless you’ve added a temporary cancellation policy for certain dates below'.  However, there is no corresponding option to select dates to which to apply the temporary policy to the mentioned 'certain dates'.

Anyone know what this is all about? I'd very much like to set a temporary flexible cancellation policy for May and possibly June and have a different policy for reservations further out. Am I missing something??

On my booking settings I see the following.Note its the booking date not the stay dates.

For bookings between 1 Apr 2020-30 Jun 2020
