This Reservation is Not Fully Paid error message when attempting to charge guest for additional services

She checks in in less then 48 hours from now and has paid in full. However when I attempt to request payment for additional services (which she agreed to) this error message prevents it. This is a 61 day stay. Please help.

This is a "long term stay" reservation, which is payed/payout in 2 installments.(so technically seen now "not fully paid", as only first installment was charged on the guest)

 

But that should not prevent to charge for additional services, but it seems it does so (?).

Maybe contact Airbnb...
