Travel Credit not applied to booking

I had a travel credit of €1,419.89 from a previous cancellation under the COVID-19 policy with Airbnb.

When I booked with a new trip for September the credit should have been applied to the payment - as it showed on the invoice.  However, the Airbnb system added the travel credit of 1.419 Euro to the first payment and deducted 1.9k Euro (reservation fee + travel credit) from my credit card. I have tried to contact them for +2 weeks but they do not respond and now start closing all tickets that I open about this issue with them.

Does anyone have similar experiences with them?

My travel credit is not even showing on my profile, so booking anew trip is not possible without a fresh charge to me credit card!
