Travel credit from coronavirus cancellation

I had to cancel my holiday back in March 2020, holiday was booked for June 2020. I was told I would get travel credit instead of a refund.

I have seen a few conversations that say credit lasts for a year, but around April 2020, it said on Air BnB that the credit would last until the end of this year (2021).

How do I find out how long my credit lasts for? I was trying to find a way to contact someone as I understand this might be a specific case, not just general travel credit?

When I go to "review your coupons" it says that I have zero credit/coupons so I don't know how to use it when I come to book a stay??
