UK Homes for Ukraine Scheme

Hi

I'm considering offering my property to refugees under the UK governments Homes for Ukraine Scheme however I have guests booked into my Airbnb and would require these to be cancelled.

Are Airbnb penalising hosts for partaking  in this scheme?

I have considered contacting the guests who have booked and letting them know of my intentions and asking them to cancel their booking. Not sure if this is the right approach either?

Anyone else in the UK dealt with this as yet?
