URGENT......Airbnb error on my account only

I am a primary host for the 14 properties and for a month I had this issue, that is not resolved yet!!! yes, I reinstalled the app on my phone, and yes, I called numerous times to Airbnb support 

 

All my co-host and owners can answer, but I can't.

 

When I trying reply to the guest through the app on my phone or my computer, I receive same error message:

 

Failed to send. Tap to retry.
