I am listed on air B and B and due to family commitments need help regarding my listing. I can arrange cleaners etc after/before guests have arrived. I purely need someone to hand over keys and collect keys from guests and allow cleaners to enter the property when nesessary.

Have you considered installing a keypad lock, to enable guests and cleaners to access the premises without a host present?
