Hi, I’ve been hosting for years before Covid and has now just reopen my listing after some renovation. I received a few bookings and requests right away however I’m unable to type messages in response to my guests. Does anyone have the same issue?? I have tried on my iPhone app, android browser on the computer and iPhone browser. None of it give me a box to type and respond to any message. Very strange. I contacted Airbnb support too but so far no solution. They told me to text message my guests. But I can’t respond to inquiries cause those are not confirmed so no phone number.
