Updated Emotional Support Animal Policy!!!!!

Hi Everyone - does anyone know when this ESA policy changed?!

• Hosts are allowed to decline the presence of emotional support animals from a stay or Experience

Now - since hosts are not allowed to ask proof that animal is "service animal" - how the hell we distinguish between them? As this looks like "verbal, non documented" stuff

Just one question..... are these guidelines the  same for boutique hotels, resorts, any other forms of Airbnb listing on the platform?  Just asking.
