Urgent : Locked out of account because of outdated phone #

Hi, I have trips scheduled starting this Friday and am locked out of my husband's account, all the trip info is in there. The outdated phone number  prevents us from logging in and nothing else can be done to verify our information, be it on mobile or desktop. I tried using his email adress or his facebook, both work fine but there's always a last step asking for an SMS to his old phone #. Please assist ASAP as I need a lot of info for my travels.

As your husband didn't update the Airbnb platform with his current number, he will need to call Airbnb or reach them via social media and ask them to help you reset the number @Kristina413  He is likely to have a wait on the phone, so tell him to be patient 🙂
