Varying my minimum rates

Hi all, does anyone know how to set seasonal minimum rates? At the moment, it's the same all year round and the Airbnb smart pricing barely changes it (maybe an extra €2 in peak season but that's all). I'd like to be able to set three levels of minimum rates, for high-, low- and mid-season. Thank you!

You can not set three levels of minimum rate within Smart Pricing.

But you can set a fixed basic rate and then use rulesets to decrease/increase that rate by a percentage. Then apply the rulesets to the desired time period.

Or only use Smart Pricing for 1 season, and set fixed prices for the other 2 seasons manually in the calender.
