Hi Airbnb,

 

I hope you are well. I received a warning when we are considered by Airbnb as a great host. We even received a gift for your team. I would like to understand the reason of this warning behind this automatic email. Did you rule change or did we miss something.

@Philippe1410  This is an Airbnb discussion forum for hosts and guests, not customer service. If you explain what the warning said, other hosts here can probably explain what it's about. (And other hosts here are often more knowledgable than CS reps 🙂  )
