Why does the site say "0 reviews" for someone whose profile has a review?

I'm  new to hosting. Twice people have made an inquiry; it says "0 reviews" for them, but if I click on their profile it then shows 1 review. But that review was left by a booking made by another person, and if I click on that name the same review shows up. This is very confusing. Can anyone help?

It’s possible that for the review you are looking at, the guest was part of a group, but was not the primary guest who made the booking.

I think @Pat271  is right. I’ve seen that a few times too. As a host who has groups stay I’m not happy having anonymous guests in the group so I encourage the booking guest to “invite guests to join the itinerary “. As a host you will only see their names but at least they are identified. After the review process those guests get the review of the booking guest associated with their profile.
