I accidentally cancelled a reservation, thought I had a double booking, but just reading the wrong dates. I have contacted the guest to let them know to rebook, however air b n b have blocked these dates so I dont know if she will be able to rebook. Is there a way to contact air b n b to let them know oof the mistake, so the guest can rebook, or cancel my cancellation.
@Vicky153 You need to contact Airbnb. When you cancel, your calendar is blocked, you are levied a financial penalty, and you get an automated posting on your reviews page that you cancelled (which steers guests away from booking with you, for obvious reasons). Make sure you are clear when you explain, and ensure that they remove all the penalties, if they can reverse the cancellation.
