15 March is today's date, so assuming that your trip is permissible under the current lockdown policy, I think a hotel with last-minute availability is likelier to suit your needs than an Airbnb. Most hosts are not available for same-day bookings, and a binding request might not be received in time to guarantee you a secure reservation.
