Hi community,
I wanted to share an extremely frustrating situation. About 6 months ago, I helped my neighbor to set up the listing of her house. All went well, but then immediately upon the publication of the listing, AirBnB invalidated the account, without communicating the reason. After numerous calls for help, it did not get resolved. So we started all over again, were able to publish the listing, but then same story; account blocked. After numerous calls for help, in vain, we started a third and 4th time, each time with the same result: publication works, but AirBnB blocks the account, still for no clear reason.
Does any of you have the same frustrating experience and /or know how this can be resolved?
I am really deeply disappointed about the stunning lack of respect of AirBnB for its users.
