airbnb allows guests to leave fake review to get refund

we had a terrible guest and tried to ask Airbnb to remove the fake review. I even had the conversations and our apartment surroundings pics to proof. 

the so called airbnb specialist are so rude, saying no expectations are allowed and ignored all our proofs. 

has any hosts faced or facing similar situations?

I cannot believe they encourage criminal.
