If the reservation is not cancelled (by the guest) , just wait.

(I myself would sent a message to ask if there is a (travel)issue).

The reservation remains active until cancelled (or come to end)

Presumably the guest hasn’t responded to your messages through Airbnb and you contacting them by phone?

if so call Airbnb and see if they have other ways to contact them.

Hold the booking open they have paid for it. (Hopefully)
