I made an aircover request 3 weeks ago, as a host, no answer despite reaching the customer services 12 times. I've been insured (processed to) I'll be contacted within 24 to 48 hours 12 times, no one ever did. I remember reading the coverage will go into effect within 14 days, it never happened.
This customer service is a shame first, second, how can I contact the aircover teams directly. @Brianchesky
