annulation apartment

Because of the coronavirus, I had to leave my apartment in Toulouse. I want to make an annulation but in the bill there: they said I need to pay another 540 euro around 3 April. But I make an annulation right now, so why I need to pay that also?

That depends, were you supposed to stay there for long? Hosts usually have discounts for long term guests for example 5% for 7 days, 15% for 14 days, 25% for 21 days, 40% for montly...etc. hosts can put pretty much whatever discout they want. 

If you were scheduled to stay for a month you got the montly discount. If you decided to reduce the amount o days you lose the discaut give for it. If you only stayed for 7 days for exemple you would get the 5% discount on the daily rate, instead of the 40% montly for example. Guests pay more for shorter stays.
