calculation of response rate

I am responding to all my potential guests within an hr. However, my response rate is declining without any reason known to me. whereas response time is shown as "With In an hour". My question here is, if i do not reply to pre approve msg and sometimes to review for the guest, does this also taken into consideration while calculating my response rate boz thts the only thing i am missing out. Thx

@Imran68 Anytime you get an Inquiry, you must respond within 24 hours. Preapproving or declining is not necessary, by the way. If you’re not answering Inquiries, that’s why your response rate is declining. Note that when when you get a reservation Request, you have to accept or decline within 24 hours. Response rate is not affected by not reviewing a guest.
