cancel and refund due to covid-19

Good morning, I confirmed your release about covid-19 issued on 15th June. And my booking was made before March 2020 then I would like to cancel and receive the full refund but it would not show refundable when I process the cancel.

@Hideyo3 This is a community forum not Airbnb Customer support. You will need to either contact customer support (contact details pinned at the top of the Help forum) or try going to your booking, requesting to cancel and then clicking 'more information' which should bring up the cash refund page.

That said it might not but this worked for my guests a while back.
