A guest canceled the booking, but did not indicate that it is COVID-19. That appears to be the case. Can our guest still change the cancellation and state the reason covid-19?
If not, is there anything else I can do?
The email in Airbnb states the following: You can also refund the full amount to the user by clicking the button below: Submit full refund.
