check-in instructions with images "Share"

Hello, I want to share my check-in instructions with "images" with my guest  but i cant  found any link from these instructions. I can only share my simple check-in instructions with text!

You can sent an attachment via the email alias, as instructed here under section : "Using an email alias":

You can also add an image to a message in the message system (click on the icon) or add an external URL to the document.

Offcourse this all only works for guests having a confirmed reservation.

I already made check-in instructions with images and steps from smartphone.  Which is strange that i can see it only in the phone.  But my issue is that i cant sent it at a message. When I sent a message with the Code"check-in instructions" only sent my text but not my images.
