I am seriously questioning the integrity of airbnb. I am a superhost with a 4.9 rating. Airbnb is my main source of income. I work really hard to do a good job of it and you make money on my hard work. I only have one listing. So....Where is my invitation to the relief fund? Seems awfully like you are just pretending to offer anything to us at all. Calling us your business partners. What a lie. You just use us and when we are in difficulty leave us hanging. Don't forget that without hosts you literally have no business. We can always rent our apartments out elsewhere! Taking us for granted is not in your best interests! By the way, I recently had an incident that made me lose my faith in you even more. I was told by an agent IN WRITING that if she cancelled my May bookings on my behalf (as my guests had already requested to reschedule and I wanted to offer my apartment out for longer stays) that I would automatically be inscribed in the 250M relief fund for 25% of my cancellation fees. Turns out what she told me was not true and now I have no bookings and no relief fund thanks to that mistake. When I wrote to you with a screenshot of the mistake, you still failed to take any responsibility for it. So now I am paying for your agents mistake on top of losing my income. Thanks airbnb! Well done with building trust and loyalty! Soon everyone will hate you!
