@Polidore0 This is just a disussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. Everyone is having trouble getting through right now, due to all the coronavirus-based cancellations, so all you can do is keep waiting and trying. Even in normal circumstances, Airbnb is known for never calling back, even though they tell you they will, so when you finally get through to them, insist that you be dealt with right then, not told you'll receive a call-back, because you've been waiting for one that never materialized.
You could try contacting them through their Twitter account instead, you might have better luck.
