error - can’t remove your ID

My ID expired so I would like to update it but unfortunately I've got an error when I tried to remove old ID file:

"You can’t remove your ID until 90 days after your most recent reservation. Unless you make another booking, you can remove your ID after"

What can I do with it ?

I contacted customer service but so far I did not received any valuable information from them, they working so slow maybe because its so worm 😕
