@Donald28 Interesting video. So Traverse legal 'won't be your attorney' so all they do for $150 is give access to information. So if they get their 10,000 hosts they make $1.5m for creating a website.

With the arbitration fee its a $350 risk for hosts that I doubt many will want to take.

If there is one thing I can guarantee by the mess caused by Covid 19 (not Airbnb) it's that the lawyers will benefit the most
