is this a non relevant or retaliatory review? airbnb doesn't want to remove it

Hi the agent on the phone told me its not to be removed because although he agrees most of the review is non relevant there are relevant parts.

the airbnb review removal form has denied it for both non relevant and retaliatory causes, this form to me seems to be an automatic AI system.

The review
"The place was very nice, however, there was no parking, they did not respect the reservation of the tent on the beach, the breakfast always ended very soon, little capacity"

Notes:
We don't sell breakfast, it is a hotel in the same building, we never recommended them
We don't rent tents on the beach it is the same hotel that offers them, we never recommended them.

We have an additional house rules on our listing that says that we need registration and paperwork prior to arrival, we asked about 5 times, they didn't do it, they were not authorized in the building because of that therefore they had a slow check in experience.

Since they never registered we never knew they were arriving by car to try on securing parking, although the listing says parking is shared and one arrival basis, and that is indoor parking, they can park outside of the building and there are security guards and cameras.

we have been hosting since October became a super host immediately with 22 5 star reviews and now this is a 3 star.

We are overly frustrated with Airbnb , we have worked very hard to provide an excellent experience as shown by all other reviews.

Thank You

Sincerely,
Pablo & Laura

They had problems because they didn't follow Host House Rules.

Sorry, but it is the final responsibility of the Host to enforce all Host House Rules equally not here is a rule if you break your miserable but I am applauded.

Check in and parking were a problem because she didn't follow your rules.  You designed your rules because you are aware not complying will be an inconvenience.  The Guest doesn't know, doesn't mean she shouldn't comply just means you can claim all innocence.

Sure parking is debatable ,  and we could have done better on that part, but most of the review are based on services purchased to 3rd party,  breakfast and beach tent reservation.
How is that a fair review?

Next time a Guest is not responding to your registration rules.

Change your 3 - 5 messages to state.  Registration is required or Check in time will require an hour to register and validate before access is granted to rental unit.

Parking if not registered Guest will be extremely difficult because we plan for all Registered Guests vehicles.

If you could show Airbnb that Guest was notified of issues caused by noncompliance of your House Rules.  Then you might have an argument
