managing company fraud

Hello, I am usually a guest on airbnb but have recently been added as a co-host for a flat I have, which is managed by a property managing company (basically a one person business). What should I do if the managing company does not disclose or pay all the bookings and basically lies on the monthly statements they send to me? How to owners generally control the data provided by managing company if they do not have co-host access ?

I have searched online but could not find any threads or discussion about this....

Thanks.

@Sarah4719 In your situation you need to refer to the contract you have with the management company and, if they are not complying with it you can take them to court to claim your losses. You then need to find a more trustworthy management company.

You should always have a listing set up in your profile and your co-host added as such. @Sarah4719

Do not use companies that insist in having your listing under their profile.

You need to read your contract with the management company, outline how they are breaking the contract  and then give them notice
