my passport is not verify

i send a picture from my passport and i take picture of my face to match but it still on verify i book something already and they are waiting on the verify to be finished 

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i need it done by to night or else am going to be stranded in bangkok wil no place to stay

This is just a forum of Airbnb hosts.  I'd recommend giving Airbnb customer service a call as they're the only ones who can likely help you with this.
