paying for damage

Hi, Would appreciate advice and I realize the question would have been answered many times but I can't seem to find the instructions for getting the guest's payments for damage of property and no reply from airbnb. Dripped candle wax damaged an expensive table cloth and stained the antique table underneath it. I asked the guest to pay $40 for dry cleaning of table cloth and restaining the table as I would cover the rest of the cost. Guest agreed. How to process this payment? Thanks.
