previous management host refusing to cancel upcoming bookings for my properties

My management company cancelled their agreement with me 60 days ago and now they are refusing cancellation requests for upcoming bookings when they will no longer have access to my properties.  Guests are supposed to get 100% refund, but the manager is refusing to cancel and refund.  What can I do?

It is really a difficult situation. I don't know about the agreement, your question does not detail.

May it have a term about the end of the contract? Do you still manage your listing? If it is hard, please contact Airbnb to protect your rights and guest's rights. 

Because now Airbnb is keeping the payment until guest stay. You still have a chance to support guest cancel and refund them.
