"Things to work on" category

I have just opened my Airbnb account to find that all my properties are listed in the "Things to work on" section.  Apparently all my properties are falling below acceptable levels in the amount of accepted reservations.  HOW CAN THIS BE !?!?!   My properties are in Spain and I have been informed by Airbnb, some time ago, that due to the COVID 19 situation, all reservations have been suspended.  Quite rightly so!!  Therefore, my request to Airbnb is:  "Please remove this notification from my account as, through no fault of my own, I am not in a position to accept ANY reservations and have not received an enquiry for quite some weeks now.

Thanking you in anticipation !!!

@Brent1   Here's an easier approach:  ignore the notifications.

Or better yet, enjoy the irony of "Congratulations, you've achieved Superhost again!" sitting right next to "Basic Requirements need your attention!"

Today, I see that I'm falling behind on Overall Rating because the algorithm reads my current rating as " -*" . Probably just a glitch, or it might have something to do with the fact that there are no recent stays for obvious reasons.

Yeah, Airbnb, I'll get right on that!

Mine is exactly the same -*. Thankfully it`s not just me.

So it probably is a glitch.

Mine too.... except mine is "-" (no star). And 0% accepted reservations!

I go into the superhost bit & my overall rating is still 4.9, & my response rate is still 100%

= GLITCH!

But the good news  @Brent1 , is that current superhosts get to keep their superhost status on 1 July, according to BC's latest message!

@Brent1

You have to realise these notifications are system generated.....it's not personal, the algorithm felt you fell outside its parameters.....

To give you an idea of just how stupid these emails are, I regularly get emails to tell me it's time I needed a break from hosting and I should look no further than to spend a few days in my own listing.....really!!

There it is right at the top of the email .......What th....!

Just ignore it Brent, the world will keep on turning!

Yup, I'm getting it too !     It's annoying that nobody has turned the automatic measurements off, for the duration of these shutdowns.

I'd prefer that they be turned off permanently. Can anyone out there say they've benefited from a machine scolding them for declining inappropriate requests, or not getting high enough ratings?

I would not disagree.

I have the same exact problem!

I just got off the phone with Customer Service.  She was completely unaware of this issue so is escalating it to Tech. She at first thought I was complaining about a drop in  my rating.  I made her go into my account and go to Opportunities/Basic requirements,  then she understood the problem. If I get a response from Airbnb I will let you know but I have never gotten one for Tech in the past when I had an issue.  They fix (or not) and let you discover for yourself.

The same here.

It's not something I should worry about, because there is no reservations and searches anyway.
