Hi, I just got back from being in Sarasota/ Siesta Key for a week and I am in between Sarasota and Charlotte, NC, looking to move to Sarasota Spring 2025.

I would love to be a part of this group as I am looking to have an Airbnb in Sarasota next year.

This group will help me to know what all the laws and regulations are and just get to know you and help be a resource as well while in the process of getting established.
