Renting

Dear everyone,

I rent out my house and could not react on someone's request, because of a death in my family.
Now they blocked these dates, but i really need to rent out my apartment on these days.

I understand when you never react they will block the dates, but this time something serious happens and i cannot even change this.

How can i make sure the dates are available again?

Same problem over here,

i missed out on confirming a reservation, result dates got blocked and unaible to unblock them,...

I think only air can do it?

It states that you can send a special proposition to your guests, but even that does not allow you to unblock the dates.
