Hi all,
So I'm a Co-Host for a property and assigned to get paid 20% for each booking.
But since I've started (about three months ago) I've only received about half of what I'm supposed to. That is, I only get payouts for every second guest or so.
I've contacted customer support and they said there was no problem with my payout, it was only when I sent them a side by side screenshot of the calender and transaction history that they acknowledged there were missing payouts. That was a month ago and they haven't gotten back to me or resolved the problem, despite me asking again.
Have any other hosts come across this problem? I don't know who else I can contact 😞
